Some years ago, i fly to Texas, and when arrived, i discovered I have no toothbrush nor toothpaste. I went in a pharmacy, and ask for a toothbrush. They gave me a 4 feet long brush, like these used for the pavements.
I asked for something little, but the answer was "All is big in Texas!" - OK ,and i need toothpaste.....
They gave me a 10lbs toothpaste. Same story, asked for more little, and they said "All big in Texas!"
Then the clerk asked me "Anything else Sir?" and I....
"oh, i need some suppositories too but.... no, no, is better if i will buy in Italy......."
