This past cycle I used Amerge at 2.5mg. I usually get my HA at 10:00AM and 4PM and then several during the night. Amerge doesn't stop the HA once it has started but it seams to prevent them for about 5 hrs after you take it. I would take it about 9:00AM and be HA free until about 2:00PM. For the 4:00PM headache I would dissapear to the restrom for a 20mg shot of Imitrex. I'd be back to work in 10 minutes. An understanding boss helps too. I just wouldn't take my afternoon break until the HA started. Use the Imitrex tip on the left margin. It works. Good luck.
