CH's come knocking on my door regular as clock work. I will say though, that your state of mind
definitely has an effect on intensity during a cycle. I've always felt that if i can stay calm
during an episode it will lessen the severity....easy to say HARD TO DO!!! My child-
bearing days are over, and what a gift they were,
no CH during preg and 3 great kids....Rose
