Hi Susan, I think you struck a major conversation piece here. I too am a "cluster artist", but I don't believe that any one of us will fit a certain character mold. That might be as bad as saying: "we are all tall with leonine faces and pocked skin"(or something to that effect as I remember it). A good friend of mine who suffers from MS once told me to get off the "looking for the cause pot" and get on with life and living. She said you can't go back and change things, so why waste the energy that could be better spent on finding ways to "heal thy self".
Every once in a while I need to remind myself of her point, thought this might be a good time to share it with my fellow clusterheads.
PS: I agree with you about flushing toxins with water.
