not too long ago i tryed to go off om my meds. Thougt the cycle was ending. Well the came back within two weeks. I went back on my verapameal and litium. They dont seem to be working. Dr put me on predizone. I have been getting a breakthrew headache every night at 6pm.. It has been easly treated with a vicodem es.
the qurike this time is im getting headaches on the left side now. I usally get them on the right.
this new headache first showed sighes abut 6 yrs abo. The eye on that side has a permant droop. ( seems that should hve been on the right since that is where untill now i got my headaches.)
the new headache comes on quickly like my clusters but the pain is not as organized. it goes to my eye but also much higher on myforehead than my normal cluster side. other than that this headache is the same. last about 90 min.
i am still getting my headache on the right but not as often now . seems the left side wants to play now.
So, i need to go to the dr with a game plan. He is a internal med dr. with not alot of advanced knowlage of of ch. If i hit him with informed questions and have back up pater work he is usally willing to try anyting i want to try.
i thought of topamax and amerage. and some others. But i also need to know if there are any other drugs that should be taken with them to get max. benifet from them. ( like the verapamil and the lithium im now taking.

BTW i was looking in o2 today. I was refered to a co that has liquid o2. They said i woud be more cost effectave for me because of the per flow that we have to use. I will post more on this when i talk to the co they refered me to to get this.
