The foods I avoided were:
chocolate, MSG (Monosodium Glutimate-- check your labels),
alcohol, nuts and nut products, less salt, cheese, and other
dairy products.
On days that I splurged and ate the above foods, I would
get much worse headaches. If I avoided the foods, the
pain would be 5 or less on the kip scale
