I will tell you from my experience of 14 years of cluster headaches and two years of chronic cluster headaches, you are tripping! There is no lightweight irratant or moderate pain involved in my headaches. It is not possible to think of a ocean waves while experiencing this degree of pain. That is a joke and is reflective of wishful thinking at best. I'm glad you have this option but it is rare CH's pain can be controled in this mannor. I am happy for you and prey it remains this way for you.
