name implies (and as everyone probably knows),
that you stop eating everything and add one new
food every couple of days.
I couldn't find a correlation with anything that
I've eaten, except for one thing. When in Europe,
I have far fewer symptoms than at home. I
suspect (but can't, of course, prove) that the
higher use of antibiotics in US food it the
trigger.
People react very differently to food, so don't
let me stop you from trying it.
