know that either until I came to this board and read it posted many times. From there, I did my own research into that aspect of it through different med papers and the like. I was taking them whether I was in a cycle or not. As a matter of fact, I had to take my med vacation from Sansert during my cycles because my docs told me to take it every day. they never mentioned it has no effect when out of the cycle, when I should have been taking that holiday instead. This is also probably one of the reasons that each prophylactic didn't last to long for efficacy.
