I think there could be an ethical problem with a formal list. Maybe not. I know several people have come on and asked anyone from this area who do you see. Personally, I would recomend you go to the "Where we live" Page and try to find someone in the same state and hopefully close to you that can recomend a doctor to you by private email or at least warn you which ones to stay away from. Just a thought.
