Just got a script for the shots. They now come in a pocket sized injection kit. Two shots only, 6mg, $110 w/o insurance, $25 w/ insurance. What a rip! Two shots cost more than 6 inhalers. Luckily I'm insured, but it still hurts.
This kit has a tube with a blue button, you screw an imitrex cartridge on the end and just put it against your skin and push the button. There's no way to regulate the size, 6mg is all they make. My pharmacist says the old style is no longer available.
I think I'll save these for my last line of defense.
