Even on a visit to an ER I used the term
cluster headache and was treated as
undeserving of serious medical tratment,
over-reactive, hysterical, or as an addict
wanting a drugs.
Perhaps "cluster attack" or say your having
acute vascular inflamation.
Hopefully you'll receive the deference you
deserve.
As for being alone- I prefer it- I'm free to
fight it in ways which would seem crazy to others-
pace franticly, stick my head in freezer, moan
as loud as I want, etc..
