I have been haveing some major headaches this weekend. They started coming 6 hrs apart and now they are 4 to 6 hrs apart.
This last one i only took one half on an initrex insted of taking two halfs. This just barly releaved the pain. My thinking was that im treating too many and i need to lay off of the meds. Make my body get rid of the headache. Insted of me medicating them all. This has helped me in te past. The next ha if not too bad i will just deal with. By me doing this it seems to help break some weard cycle. ( its not reboud. I had that before)
