At a minimum it seems that the prision population of CH-sufferers would seem to be a pretty good control group, especially given the above-described conditions in the prision medical environment.
I understand that prision is something hard to think about, and that most folks don't want to know much about it. However, it seems that we could benefit from looking at this side of things if it has not already been done.
