I haven't got a clue what you are talking about here. My field is something else; I'm not sure what, but not neurochemistry. You said something below about niacin that caught my attention and I would like to add an observation that I have posted before. One of the most potent triggers I have ever run across is 200mg niacin (as niacinamide) and 1000mg vitamin C (as ascorbic acid). This has twice produced a totally irreversable 10+ CH lasting 2 hours. (Do NOT try this at home, folks.) How does this figure into brain chemistry? Or is it just a potent vasodialator combo? I know it causes ones face to flush.
