Lights can be purchased at any electricians/ lighting warehouse. Just ask for full-spectrum
lights or lights that best imitate true sunlight. They go by several names. Mine are 4 ft. long
GE Chroma 50 40watt tubes. Some people call them "happy lights". I think I know why!! I have 2 fixtures with double bulbs in them sitting on either side of me as I sit by the computer. I almost need sunglasses. Hope this is the info you needed and I would certainly urge you to give
