A good classic Illustration drawn by Netter, a famous Medical Illustrater is in the Ciba symposia books on headaches. these can be found at any Medical Library. Possibly on the net now. Try Ciba.com It shows the "Paux du range" skinned guy being brought in by his petite and long sufferring wife. I used to think they used me as the model. Several of the current mainstream books. dr Rankin's for one mention the orange rough skin, smoking,,,,, drinking etc..
