First, I don't know that I'd take advice from the Coroner.

Second, I think Flash was just guessing at the serotonin wave.

I've finally found one article that actually lists lab findings on serotonin levels. Clusterheads have high serum 5-HT levels and low platelet 5-HT levels, and elevated histamine and low melotonin.

What does this mean, heck if I know. Doc Greg said we have high 5-HT, so did Goadsby. I have an article on Touretts Syndrom. It says this is often accompanied by migraines which can be stopped by injecting serotonin (never heard that one before). I think the key here it to think about the whole picture. 5-HT does more than just one thing. Attached to certain receptors it controls mood, to others digestion and to others vasoconstriction. Just a general dose of 5-HT could hit all the receptors and do no good but make it more specific, like Imitrex going for the 5-HT1 receptors and it "just" constricts the blood vessels.

I wondered about uppers for CH during the coffee discussion a few days ago. Is that what e is, an upper? I.ve heard the name but it came along after my drug days so I'm not intimate with it.
