I have suffered with cluster headaches since I was 19; I am now 46, and have them every 3-6 weeks. A friend told me yesterday that he had read an article in the Utne reader that mentioned feverfew as an herbal remedy, so I went to my favorite health food store last night and bought it. It takes 4-6 weeks to begin to show an effect. I've also connected my headaches to MSG, and think there may be a link. I had teriyaki chicken last night, and guess what? 16 hours later, and I'm medicating. I hate feeling like my live revolves around one dilated vessel.
