It happened to me in the easier times of the current cycle, that I woke up at the 'regular' time but with only a slight twinge that disappeared again after sitting up for only a minute or two. I'm afraid to say, but what you experience seem to be 'silent' CH attacks, the demon just practicing for what's to come. I think it would be a good idea to start on some preventive medication, such as Verapamil, in the hope the starting bout doesn't go to full blast.
