ask for the light that best imitates sunlight.
I'm not sure that you are looking to purchase these lights, but maybe someone else is. Again, I can't stress enough what a breakthrough this is for me...but it is early in the game. I don't want to be crushed if the headaches start but I need to be optomistic. I assume you are a CH sufferer. Are you in a cycle now? How do you treat them?
