According to my nuerologist cluster headaches can appear just on the weekends. Mine do not occurr just on the weekends but when I had my neuro workup done she asked if I got them just on weekends. I told her no but asked why she would ask such a thing because it sounded so strange to me. She said some cluster patients just get them then and she was trying to establish possible triggers, clues, frequency, etc. Sorry this doesn't help much but at least you will no you are not crazy and unfortuanetly I don't think torward the end of these things.
