Sometimes I will sit in front of an air conditioner (window unit) to get my "Cold Air Therapy".
That way I can regulate the temperature and fan speed.
A bonus is that the lower humidity air coming out of the vents feels better than regular cold air and even helps dry up some of the tearing.
This is not part of my regular CH routine (especially in the winter when my A/C units are stored away in the basement), but I have gotten some relief this way.
