them weekends only, (and you ruled out the common
'weekend' headache, aka rebound headache)
maybe you should look at your diet,
amount of excercise, sleep habits, etc. To see
what you are doing differently on weekends.
They do work like clockwork, like usually coming on
at the same time daily, however, the same time weekly
is a little strange, but I guess not impossible.
