Surgery a trigger?

One month ago I had my jaw surgically broken to correct a misaligned bite. I've been experiencing a mild episode of ch's for about 10 days now....the last episode being almost 2 years ago.

I'm curious what experience anyone has had with surgery being a trigger of the ch's.
