My doctor prescribes oxygen. You can then get it
at any medical supply house. Be sure to get a
face mask, and inhale about an 8-10 liter flow
for 15 minutes or so. You can either rent a huge
tank, or a portable one.
There is no reason you can't get oxygen if you have
a prescription.
