I have suffered from cluster headaches since 1984 and I have a total of 6 episodes history. I have tried everything from Lithium to Verapamil prophalactically and I am a Imitrex (injection) dependent person. Can any one recommend the dosage of feverfew that may help? Or anything that will help. At this point I'm willing to try anything up to decapitation, and even that is tempting during an intense attack.
