I have a nagging dull pain that follows my headaches that gives the impression that either the headache is not wanting to go away entirely , or that it may be trying to resurface. Is that what is referred to as a 'shadow'? If not, would someone be kind enough to explain what a 'shadow' is?
I am also curious whether anyone experiences a lasting feeling of eye strain between headaches, and if so, if that feeling would also constitute a 'shadow'.
