Cocaine has some important medicinal uses. I belive it is some sort of anasthetic or pain killer. One of my friend had a really badly swollen throat (so bad it was life threatening because he could barey breath). Instead of going straight to a tracheotomy the surgeons poured liquid Cocaine into his mouth (and told him not to try and swallow).
I wouldn't like to use Cocaine for CH becuase it increases you heart rate, and I imagine this would make the CH more painfull.
