I believe that my HA's mutated from classic migranes to clusters about 8-10 years ago. During the metamorphis stage I probably had a hybrid HA. Perhaps the CH was young and immature, but it was still a CH none the less (or was it?).
I don't remember seeing any discussion lately about the very early or very late stages of CH. Seems like folks wander around for a long time while they are maturing without knowing what's going on until they are well into the problem, then *poof* they realize that they've been gone for so long that they're cured, or whatever really long-term CH remission is called.
Given the variance in the CH presentation, and since it seems like there are some pretty definable routes in and out, it would seem that some early stage CH attributes may not act at all like a mature CH episode or attack.
Or did I miss something?
