I am new on this forum and I am so thankful to hear of other people who understand this pain. I am a 41 year old mother of 2 and it is so hard to try and go about a normal life when these clusters start. I've been reading the articles on Candida and Diflucan and have called my docter. He didn't even want to talk about it, said he has only given it out 2 other times to farmers and that I don't need it. I think he thinks I'm crazy. The only thing that has really seemed to work is the Imitrex. However, I sometimes get breakthrough headaches and suffer until I could take more. Has anyone ever had to use more than 2 shots in 24 hours. I am going to try the oxygen route. I have read a few of the articles with spouses who are not very understanding and my heart aches for you. My husband has been so supportive, which usually just means leaving me be but just knowing he understands the pain makes it a little easier. As far as clusters building character, phooey!
