Hi Dan,
Yes, you do need a script for medical O2. I pay $25.00 per E tank exchange and it's been so long since I bought the regulator I don't remember the cost. I do recommend renting at first to see if O2 works for you. I talked to my O2 guy about the concentrators and you would need 2 of them (max flow rate is 5 L/M) to get the recommended flow of 8 to 10 L/M.
