Your questions are valid and I must say I have the same.
As for the time it took for me to do this research, I consider I just consulted web sites a little every night and pondered on what I was reading, like I tought every other CH'r having access to the web was doing. The truth is that I am not satisfied yet and I will continue to observe myself and read what others have to say about their own perception of how they live CH, what treatment they get and how they react to those treatments. I can make my mind quite fast if I think the information I have is valid, but I can change easely if new informations appear more substantial in their validity.
I was only recently diagnosed with CH so I knew nothing about it until last spring.
I am not certain I know much about it as of now, but I just wanted to make up my own mind and submit something for your consideration and maybe get a more satisfactory explanation.
My quest is the same as yours, getting some pain free days and nights.
