found this site one month ago after 23yrs of battling the beast. im chronic, but with meds was able to bring the beast to his knees. so instead of every day. its about only 60 days a year that i have to mount the battle.( now takin verapamil sr 480mg and lithium carb 600mg each day) as preventive. to slaye the beast when hes on top of me i break out the indocin (butt plugs-yuck.....but their fast). i give it two mins and then BAM imetrix nasal spray 20mg. works for me 90% of the time...........hope this helps.......jonny
