As a chronic guy, I never cared for the name "Cluster" all that much. My attacks never came in cycles. And as for "headaches"? Please! This pain on the one side of our heads really, really, really, really hurts very, very, very bad.
How about we call them, ummm, really, really very, very bad painful ummm fucking hurting things?
