You have probably seen it happen time and time again. I've only been on here since April (I think) so everyone seems new to me. It's not quite like the "Cry Wolf" thing, but it does remind me of it. The problem here is - what happens if someone does cry wolf and we don't respond and it really is a true cry? It doesn't quite fit, but it is as close as I can get to explaining it.
