On Friday afternoon it finally arrived: my very own O2 tank!
Insurance will pay for it. Probably not for the refill, but
I do not care about that, at least not right now....
On the night from Friday to Saturday I woke up at 5 am with
the first sign of the beast getting it going.
I did not use the Imigran injection, but I used the tank with O2
to battle the beast. (No I didn't hit it over my head :-) )
Since my Doctor told me, not to use it much more than 10 minutes with
8 liters per minute I watvhed the clock while inhaling the gas.
After 8 minutes I was thinking that it would never work within the 10
minute deadline. 9 minutes and some seconds it happened like someone had
turned a switch from on to off. The CH was gone from one second to the
other. Not slowly fading away but a sudden stop of the pain. Does anyone
else have this experience with O2 and Clusters?
Actually I guess I will drop my teddy out of bed and take the O2 tank in :-)
