Is dihydroergotamine. It's my understanding that ergots and triptans should not be taken together so would have to stop the Migranal for a day before trying the Imitrex.
Wish I could help with what to do. If the sansert and DHE aren't working to lessen the attacks, it could be a long haul. One thing we do know is, Clusterheadaches and not fatal. Sometimes we just wish they were.
