I don't think I misunderstood your post. I've read all of your posts to CH.com and it's fairly clear to me that you suffer from the Demon known as Cluster Headaches. Cluster Migraine, in my opinion, is an ooooooold term used by less knowledgeable doctors to describe Cluster Headaches. You probably know more about Cluster Headaches than your doctor does. No biggy. Simply educate your doctor. Print out some stuff from this web-site and take it to him. You may want to print a list of the "Triptans" from the "ask doc greg" page. Maxalt is one of the many Triptans that you'll find there. Good Luck!
