Sounds like you have done it all. The only question I would ask regarding Verapamil is did you take high enough dose to be effective.
Gotta be 360 to 480 per day with a couple days to weeks to let it build up. Some people are doing higher doses. Just thought I would ask. I'm having good luck with it this year.
