The law has been passed and anyone can sue their HMO for nontreatment. It is not ok what non-specific chronic pain sufferers are put through. I have been nice my entire life, but I'm done. I have just gotten back from a lawyer. It blows my mimd that there doesn't seem to be one area in the corporate or health world where it is not the fight of your life to get a wrong righted. They absoluted count on that. Now I'm going after them and a few others. I am all done sitting back and letting companies keep what is mine. If they won't give back the pittance, then let'm shell out the big bucks. If they think they are scared of a law suit for over prescribing, it is now the law that keeping a patient from their rightful therapies constitues grounds for action.
