Last summer I had a terrible bout with CH. Normally
when I have these the headaches are always nocturnal
after 1 to 2 hours of sleep. Last summer twice when
exposed to cut grass I had some of my worst headaches
during the day within 45 minutes of the exposure.
I believe on this site there is some info on a study
done with a group of CH sufferers who were
injected with histimines and they had the same
results as I did.
I think its a good chance this is working as a trigger.
