Meditation or relaxation CD's has helped many. More specifically, meditation. This takes practice and if not done on a daily basis, the results will be nil. Meditation is simple. One does not need Maharishi TM to do so. I make time for this ( about 30 min/day or more). Concentrating on breathing and find a soothing mantra and practice is the key. The mind will wander but restart when you get distracted.
