I am on the same dose (250 2X/day). Went from 2-3 8s or 9s a day to about 12-14 3sor4s. After two weeks almost went into remission. (Still get a 3 or so 3 or 4 times a week, but a little O2 knocks 'em right out.) BTW, triggers still trigger so the cluster isn't over, just under blessed tight control.
