Depression

I feel thankful that I have not gotten into my "season" of CH's yet. (yet being the operative word here.) Has anyone experienced a very deep seated depression because of CH's? I think I'm going through that right now! I don't have the energy I used to have, I don't want to go out like I used to. I realize that only a doctor would be able to "set me straight", but I'm just curious as to whether any one of you have experienced this before! Suggestions welcome!!
