KJ, Hang in there. It sounds like you have an understanding and knowledgeable doc. That's half of the battle. I have had IV ergo (DHE) unfortunately without success. Many cluster cycles DO respond to this. So think POSITIVE and it may provide the rest you need.
Speaking of rest, talk to you doc about taking a sleeping pill during the difficult times with insomnia. This has helped me through the more "difficult" times. Lack of sleep is a definite trigger for many folks.
