I don't believe that there is a "incorrect" way of thinking or acting when it comes to dealing with CH. Sometimes doing or thinking something that "makes no sense" is the perfect way to cope (at least at that moment). Anyway, this whole damn thing makes no sense, so why should we be expected to react to it sensibly? Whatever gets you through the pain... OR EVEN BETTER... Whatever keeps the pain AWAY.
