"Introduction" to CH for M.D. & ER

We regularly read messages from folks whose docs or ER staff don't know about CH or don't even know the name.

I've found a site aimed at M.D.s which has a 19-page outline introduction to CH: signs, diagnosis, medications, dosing, etc. It's intended to give ER docs a fast introduction.

Suggest that you print it out and take it with you if your experience says that ER visits are going to be part of your life.
