BUT, maybe Ted was thinking about those how had to learn English as a second or third language and have enough difficulty to understand something written to the rules.
When someone is in pain or is exhausted after an attack, he/she may not be able to do correct writing, or just does not care about; and I can understand and accept this.
But some people, also at 'good' times, often use some 'phonetically' spelling and this makes it difficult for us to understand a word that is not written as we learned it at school. So proof reading the own post could make a difference in getting a message across.
And as I am still on my soap box: If the only purpose of your post is to call some else an ass, think about it twice and wait 5 minutes before hitting the submit button.
