Because of clusterheadaches i got very depressed some years ago. The doctor gave me antidepressants to cure my depression. It was Seroxat(paroxetine) and
anotherone which name i can't remember. What i can remeber is: the headaches got worse and out of control. I had attacks in the middle of the street in the middle of the day and i was not used to it. It was really hell then. I took these pills for about a year and i had four clustercycles in one year. Since i don't take these so called SSRI's (serotonin reuptake inhibitioners)
I am back to normal with one or two clustercycles a year and only attacks at nighttime.
My doctor also believes i am allergic to antidepressive pills which affects the serotonin balance
Does anybody have a similar experience?
Please let me know.
